These Terms & Conditions govern access to the BidMarX marketing site, product evaluation flows, and any related public forms or communications.

By using the site, requesting a demo, or submitting information through BidMarX forms, you agree to use the service lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security, or availability.

If BidMarX provides trial or production access, you are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the activity that occurs under your organization’s access.

BidMarX may suspend or limit access where required for security, operational protection, suspected misuse, or compliance obligations.

BidMarX, its software, branding, copy, and supporting materials remain the property of BidMarX or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, republish, or commercially exploit the service except as expressly permitted.

Information you submit through public forms remains yours, but you grant BidMarX permission to use it as needed to respond to your request, provide product access, and support your workspace.

Any subscription, billing, enterprise, or implementation commitments are governed by the applicable order form, subscription agreement, or written commercial terms between BidMarX and your organization.

Except where prohibited by law, BidMarX provides the marketing site and evaluation materials on an as-available basis and limits liability to the extent allowed under the governing agreement or applicable law.
